So not a single enquiry
gets lost.
Leads arrive in different places and live separately from one another. We bring them together, strip out the manual work around them and make it so your customers bring you new ones.
Bots
Enquiries arrive in different places and live separately from one another. Some never reach the sales team — and you don’t even know how many there were. The ones that do arrive often carry no context: someone asked the price and disappeared, because at that point there was nothing to answer them with.
A bot here isn’t an «auto-reply». It’s the part of the job a person shouldn’t be doing: receive, orient, record and pass on.
- Bring enquiries from every channel together so none goes unnoticed
- The bot asks what you actually need — the question set is built around your sales process
- Gives the person what they came for: a selection, a calculation, an answer, a document
- We ask for contact details at the end, once the person has already got something useful, not on the way in
- Record where the person came from — automatically
- Hand over to the sales team with the full conversation context
- We also build bots for internal tasks: notifications, approvals, reports, data access
- Enquiries in one place — with an owner, a status and a response time
- A lead that already has context: what the person needs and how ready they are
- A response outside working hours without anyone on shift
- Every person’s path is visible: where they came from, what they looked at, where they stopped
- Access and code go to you. There’s no monthly fee payable to us (third-party services, where needed, are paid to them directly)
Depends on how many channels are involved, how complex the questions are and where exactly leads are handed over. We quote the exact figure after the audit.
Partner and referral systems
Word of mouth already works for you — you just can’t see it and don’t reward it. Someone recommends you to a friend for free, out of goodwill, and that’s where it ends.
Now imagine that for that same recommendation the person gets paid. Not for work, not for advertising — for one message with their own link. For them it’s unexpected income. For you it’s a customer who arrived on a recommendation, which means they already trust you. Advertising can’t do that.
The payout is built into the price, so this channel doesn’t eat your margin — it creates it. People with something to gain promote you in a way no contractor ever will.
- A personal link or code for everyone you choose to enrol
- Every click and lead is recorded automatically — no bookkeeping in chat
- Rewards are calculated automatically by rules you set
- Different terms for different tiers — customer, partner, long-standing partner
- If needed, a personal dashboard with statistics and payout requests
- Your customers can be enrolled automatically after a deal closes
- We prepare the explanation for participants, so they don’t have to work it out
- A lead channel that doesn’t depend on ad budget
- Clear accounting — who brought whom is visible in the system, not taken on someone’s word
- Transparent statistics for participants: they can see the count is honest
- The full picture on your side: who’s active, who isn’t, how much is due
- Materials for participants, so the rules are explained once instead of one person at a time
The system can live in a bot, on the website, or in both — it depends on what suits you and where your people are. We decide together at the planning stage.
Routine automation
A salesperson moves contacts from one place to another by hand, sets reminders by hand, fills spreadsheets and totals them by hand. That’s hours every day — and you pay for them as if they were selling. On top of that, manual work produces errors nobody notices until it’s too late.
- The customer record fills itself from the lead data
- Statuses and reminders are set automatically by rules
- Data flows into your CRM, spreadsheet or accounting system without a person involved
- Notifications to the right person at the right moment
- Documents and calculations are generated from templates
- We remove double entry of the same data
- Hours handed back to your sales team for working with people
- Fewer errors from human factors
- A process that doesn’t break when someone is off sick or leaves
- A description of how it all works, in plain language
- Monitoring: if something fails, you’re told about it rather than finding out a week later
Analytics
You can see how much was spent on ads and how much money is in the till. What happens in between is invisible. Which channel brought the customer, at which step people drop off, what a deal actually costs. Until that’s visible, budget decisions are guesswork — usually «let’s just add a bit more».
- End-to-end tracking: source → lead → conversation → deal
- Tag every ad link so the source is never lost
- Calculate cost per lead and cost per customer for every channel
- Show which step loses the most people
- A dashboard that updates itself — no reports assembled by hand
- Sales response times, in numbers as well
- An answer to «where is the money going», in numbers
- Grounds to switch off a channel that isn’t working, without second-guessing
- Reports you don’t have to assemble by hand
- The ability to compare months against each other on the same data
Depends on how many channels and systems we collect data from.
What people ask most often.
No. We hand over the code and the access once the stage is paid for. After that the system is yours — use it, change it, hand it to another developer. You only pay for hosting and any third-party services the system uses, and that money doesn’t come to us.
Usually not. We connect to what already works and close the gaps around it. Replacing a CRM only makes sense if it genuinely gets in the way, and in that case we’ll say so directly and explain why.
No, and it shouldn’t. A bot takes off their plate what doesn’t require a person: receiving the enquiry, clarifying the basics, recording the source, setting a reminder. The conversation that sells is still run by a person — they just start it already prepared.
The figures above are the lower bound for each area. The exact amount depends on the number of channels, integrations and the complexity of the rules. We quote it before work starts, split it across stages, and it doesn’t change along the way unless you add scope yourself.
The code is yours and so is the documentation — any developer can do it. If you come to us, we’ll do it. We don’t write code that only its author can understand.
Yes, and that’s usually what we recommend. First we close one specific gap — the most expensive one for you. We look at the result. Then you decide whether to go further. That’s cheaper and safer than building everything at once.
First let’s find
where the losses are.
A free audit: how the customer journey works today, where it breaks and which of those breaks costs the most. The document with the findings is yours whether or not we end up working together.
