Policy

This Policy explains what data we receive about you, why we need it, who we share it with and what you can do about it. We tried to write it so that it can be read, not merely «acknowledged».

1Who processes your data

Referred to below as «we», «DENISOV AI». Processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» No. 2297-VI and, for users in the European Union, also under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679).

By using the site and sending us a message you confirm that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not submit your data through the forms on the site.

2What data we collect

2.1. Data you provide yourself

When you fill in a form, message us or call:

• Your name, or whatever you call yourself
• Phone number
• Email address
• Company name and industry
• The content of your message and any subsequent correspondence
• Any other information you choose to tell us

2.2. Data collected automatically

• IP address
• Browser type and version, operating system, device type
• Browser language and approximate location at city level
• Pages you viewed and time spent on them
• Referral source — how you reached us
• On-site actions: button clicks, opening service pages, form submissions

2.3. Data received during a project

If we begin working together, we may receive access to your accounts, ad managers, record-keeping systems and other working data. This data is used solely to carry out the work, is not passed to third parties, and is deleted or returned to you once the project ends.

3Why we process it

We do not use your data for purposes not stated here. We do not sell or pass your contact details on for anyone else’s mailings.

4On what legal basis

• Your consent — when you voluntarily submit a form or write to us. Consent can be withdrawn at any time
• Performance of a contract, or steps prior to entering into one — when we prepare a proposal or carry out work
• Our legitimate interest — when we analyse how the site performs, protect it from abuse and keep a record of enquiries. We weigh that interest against your rights and do not act to your detriment
• Legal obligation — when processing is expressly required by law

5Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with those without whom the site and the work could not function:

Everyone we share data with is required to protect it to a standard no lower than ours.

6Transfers outside Ukraine

Some of the services we use (Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Telegram) are located outside Ukraine, including in the USA and EU countries. This means your data may be processed there. We choose services that declare GDPR compliance and apply standard contractual clauses on data protection.

7How long we keep data

• Enquiries that did not lead to a project — up to 12 months, then deleted
• Client data — for the term of the contract and 3 years after it ends (the limitation period)
• Accounting records — for the periods set by law
• Visit statistics — in anonymised form, according to the settings of the analytics services
• Working access to your systems — deleted as soon as the work is complete

If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete it earlier — except for data we are legally required to retain.

8Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» and Chapter III of the GDPR you have the right to:

• Know exactly what data of yours we process and where we got it
• Receive a copy of your data
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure — the «right to be forgotten»
• Restrict processing — we keep the data but stop using it
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
• Receive your data in a format suitable for transfer to another provider
• Lodge a complaint

9Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use three kinds:

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, under «Privacy». Some site features may then not work correctly.

10How we protect data

• The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection
• Only those who need it for the work have access to data
• Engaged specialists work under confidentiality obligations
• Access to your systems is kept in a password manager, not in chat threads
• Forms are protected against automated spam

That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection. If a breach occurs that could put your rights at risk, we will notify you and the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

11Users under 18

We do not restrict the age of visitors and understand that people under 18 may be among those who contact us.

At the same time, legal capacity matters for entering into a contract. If you are under 18, signing a contract and making payment may require the consent of a parent or guardian, under Articles 31–32 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. This does not affect your ability to ask a question, get advice or receive an audit.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have received your child’s data without your consent, write to us and we will delete it.

12Third-party sites

The site may link to other resources — social networks, messengers, partner sites. This Policy does not cover them. By following a link you come under that resource’s own policy.

13Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy — for example when new services appear or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page, with the update date shown at the top. If the changes are material, we will say so on the site.
